• Emergency leak response services

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Detection services identify potential moisture sources but do not guarantee complete identification of all issues
• Recommendations are based on industry standards and professional judgment
• Actual repairs are not included unless specifically contracted
• Access limitations may affect the scope of inspection

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• Emergency services may require immediate payment
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Additional work beyond the original scope requires separate authorization

Liability

Leakages.ca's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Issues not identified during the scope of inspection
• Damage caused by third parties
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed

Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty is limited to re-inspection of areas where deficiencies are identified within 30 days of service completion.
